# Starting a Movement Change does not just happen. No, when the masses want change, it will not just be given to them. Instead, it must be taken! This is a call to arms! We implore the community to be both leaders and followers; as Derek Sivers says: "have the courage to follow and show others how to follow\... have the guts to be the first one to stand up and join in."
