Change does not just happen. No, when the masses want change, it will not just be given to them. Instead, it must be taken! This is a call to arms! We implore the community to be both leaders and followers; as Derek Sivers says: "have the courage to follow and show others how to follow... have the guts to be the first one to stand up and join in." As a community we must work in cohesion to start this movement, and to continue driving it forward to change the culture of this ecosystem.
